The Sensex is now up 123 points at 12,061.BHEL and Larsen & Toubro have rallied 2.5% each to Rs 2,423 and Rs 2,731, respectively.Bharti Tele has soared 2.3% to Rs 421. Tata Steel has over spurted 2% to Rs 668. Grasim has added 1.6% to Rs 2,415.HDFC has advanced 1.8% to Rs 1,320. Ranbaxy, Wipro and HDFC Bank are up 1.6% each.ONGC is down 2.2% to Rs 1,355. Infosys has shed 1% to Rs 3,194.Out of 2,309 stocks traded so far, 1,660 have advanced, 601 have declined and the rest are unchanged.NTPC tops the value chart with a turnover of Rs 140.48 crore followed by ONGC (Rs 67.73 crore), Reliance (Rs 56.33 crore), Hindustan Zinc (Rs 35.24 crore) and Tata Steel (Rs 33.46 crore).NTPC also leads the volume chart with trades of around 1.08 crore shares followed by Hindustan Motors (34.57 lakh), RCF (32 lakh), Ashok Leyland (15.34 lakh) and DCW (14.27 lakh).
