The Sensex is now up 130 points at 10,260.Reliance Communications (RCL) has surged 3.6% to Rs 226. HDFC has rallied 2.7% to Rs 1,080, and Larsen & Toubro has added 2.5% to Rs 2,122.ONGC, ICICI Bank, BHEL, Wipro and HDFC Bank have advanced over 2% each to Rs 1,058, Rs 499, Rs 1,865, Rs 493 and Rs 741, respectively.
