The Sensex is now up 13 points at 12,915.Tata Steel has surged 2.3% to Rs 446. NTPC and Satyam have moved up nearly 1.5% each to Rs 142 and Rs 449, respectively.TCS, Wipro and HDFC have advanced around 1% each to Rs 1,253, Rs 580 and Rs 1,598, respectively.HLL has shed 2.4% to Rs 181. Reliance Energy and Ranbaxy are down over 1% each to 468 and Rs 321, respectively.Out of 2,607 stocks traded so far, 1,604 have advanced, 915 have declined and 88 are unchanged.
