The Sensex has moved back to higher levels, and is now up 146 points at 14,690.
Reliance Communications has surged 3.5% to Rs 414.
BHEL and Bharti Airtel have rallied 2.7% each to Rs 1,722 and Rs 813, respectively.
Reliance Infrastructure, HDFC Bank and Grasim have gained 2.5% each at Rs 1,020, Rs 1,238 and Rs 2,005, respectively.
Ranbaxy, Sterlite and NTPC have surged around 2% each to Rs 503, Rs 613 and Rs 185, respectively.
DLF and Maruti have advanced 1.7% each to Rs 509 and Rs 627, respectievly. Tata Steel has added 1.5% to Rs 608.

Mahindra & Mahindra has dropped 2.5% to Rs 547. ONGC has shed 2% at Rs 1,042, and Satyam has slipped 1% to Rs 401.
The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 2,616 stocks traded so far, 1,653 have moved up, 888 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
