The Sensex is now up 159 points at 16,313. The NSE Nifty is up 35 points at 4,914.Infosys has soared over 5% to Rs 1,588. Wipro has surged nearly 4% to Rs 441. Satyam has gained 2.6% at Rs 464. Reliance Energy has rallied 3.3% to Rs 1,343. ICICI Bank, Reliance Communications and DLF have advanced over 1.5% each to Rs 820, Rs 528 and Rs 627, respectively.Hindalco and Reliance have also moved up 1.5% each to Rs 176 and Rs 2,647, respectively.Tata Steel and ITC are up 1% each at Rs 700 and Rs 210, respectively.Ambuja Cements has plunged 3% to Rs 113. BHEL has shed 2.3% at Rs 1,795.Bharti Airtel and Jaiprakash Associates have slipped 1.5% each to Rs 805 and Rs 216, respectively.Tata Motors has shed 1.3% at Rs 617. ONGC and Hindustan Unilever are down 1% each at Rs 1,015 and Rs 243, respectively.The market breadth is extremely positive - out of 2,658 stocks traded, 1,915 have advanced, 669 have declined and 74 are unchanged.
