The Sensex is now up 16 points at 13,895.ACC and Tata Steel have surged 2% each to Rs 879 and Rs 563, respectively. Grasim and Ranbaxy have moved up 1.3% each to Rs 2,504 and Rs 394, respectively.Reliance Communications, Gujarat Ambuja and ICICI Bank are up 1% each at Rs 471, Rs 121 and Rs 852, respectively.Hero Honda has tumbled nearly 3% to Rs 684. Infosys has slipped over 1% to Rs 2,015.Out of 2,437 stocks traded so far, 1,193 have declined, 1,151 have advanced and 93 are unchanged.
