Though the market is still in positive territory, the Sensex has shed gains to a considerable extent owing to profit-taking in select counters and weakness in select heavyweights. The Sensex is now up 18 points at 7,774.Satyam is trading off-highs at Rs 546 - up Rs 21 or 3.93%. Infosys has added 2.63% (Rs 61) to Rs 2,360. TCS and Wipro are marginally up at Rs 1,296 and Rs 729, respectively.ITC has trimmed gains to Rs 1,722 - up Rs 53 or 3.17%, and ONGC is up a per cent (Rs 7) at Rs 964. While Reliance has dropped 3.16% (Rs 23) to Rs 718, HLL is trading lower by 2% (Rs 3) at Rs 168. Reliance Energy is down a per cent (Rs 7) at Rs 637.SBI (up Rs 11 or 1.39% to Rs 815) and HDFC Bank (up Rs 7 to Rs 675) are trading with steady gains.Hindalco has gained 2.20% (Rs 28) to Rs 1,318, while L&T has moved up 2.64% (Rs 33) to Rs 1,277. Tisco, however, is down 1.33% (Rs 5) at Rs 368.Tata Motors has shed 3.30% (Rs 17) to Rs 509, and Hero Honda is down a per cent (Rs 4) at Rs 625. Bajaj, however, is trading firm with a gain of 3.96% (Rs 58) at Rs 1,525, and Maruti is up a per cent (Rs 4) at Rs 502.
