The Sensex is now up 189 points at 12,925.The BSE Bankex has soared almost 3% to 6282.HDFC Bank has zoomed 7.5% to Rs 1,062. ICICI Bank has rallied 3.7% to Rs 721.Hindalco has surged over 3% to Rs 181. TCS has advanced 2.7% to Rs 1,134. Larsen & Toubro, ITC and Reliance Energy have gained over 2% each to Rs 1,295, Rs 193 and Rs 472, respectively.Reliance was up nearly 2% at Rs 1,212. Satyam, ONGC, Infosys and Cipla are the other smart gainers.Bajaj Auto has slipped nearly 1% to Rs 3,095.Out of 2,538 stocks traded so far, 1,309 have declined, 1,152 have advanced and 77 are unchanged.
