Weakness in tech and select heavyweights has seen the index slip to a low of 6,659 - up eight points from the yesterday's close. The Sensex is now currently up 19 points at 6,670, while the Nifty, too, has shed gains to 2,086 - up two points.SBI (up Rs 8 to Rs 704) and ICICI Bank (up Rs 12 to Rs 384) have shed some gains on profit-taking.HLL is up a notch at Rs 146. While ITC (down Rs 4 to Rs 1,334) has curbed its losses on fresh buying support, Reliance is marginally down at Rs 546.Bharti continues to trade with sharp gains at Rs 239 - up Rs 15 or 6.82%.Grasim and Gujarat Ambuja are up a per cent each at Rs 1,344 and Rs 444, respectively.Infosys and Wipro have lost a per cent each to Rs 2,170 (down Rs 12) and Rs 669 (down Rs 7), respectively.ONGC is still down a per cent (Rs 9) at Rs 855.Ranbaxy has dipped 1.29% (Rs 13) to Rs 1,005. Other pharma majors are also exhibiting weak trends.L&T (down Rs 14 or 1.26% to Rs 1,122) and HDFC (down Rs 9 to Rs 772) are also displaying weak trends.
