The Sensex is now up 19 points at 14,183.Reliance Energy and Tata Motors have surged 1.7% each to Rs 719 and Rs 633, respectively.SBI, Hindalco and Tata Steel have advanced 1.3% each to Rs 1,434, Rs 141 and Rs 568, respectively.ONGC, ITC, Ranbaxy, BHEL and NTPC are up around 1% each.HDFC Bank has shed 1.5% to Rs 1,084.
