The Sensex touched a new life-time intra-day high of 9690, and is now up 19 points at 9660.Dr.Reddy's has surged 2.4% to Rs 1,044. Cipla, Tata Power, Reliance Energy, Tata Steel, Ranbaxy and Hero Honda have gained 1-2% each.
