The Sensex is now up 22 points at 16,239.The NSE Nifty is up 10 points at 4,888.Tata Steel has surged 3% to Rs 652. HDFC has rallied over 2% to Rs 2,647.SBI, Hindalco and ONGC have advanced nearly 2% each to Rs 1,771, Rs 166 and Rs 1,093, respectively.ICICI Bank has dropped over 1.5% to Rs 866. Infosys, HDFC Bank and Wipro are down over 1% each at Rs 1,474, Rs 1,400 and Rs 430, respectively.
