The Sensex is now up 23 points at 13,972.Reliance has gained 1.7% at Rs 1,302. Tata Steel has advanced 1% to Rs 494.Hindalco, Dr.Reddy's, BHEL, Larsen & Toubro and Gujarat Ambuja are the other prominent gainers.Hero Honda has dropped 1.5% to Rs 756. HDFC and Infosys have slipped over 1% each to Rs 1,570 and Rs 2,219, respectively.Out of 2,418 stocks traded so far, 1,313 have advanced, 1,020 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
