The Sensex is now up 24 at 14,520.ICICI Bank, Bharti Airtel and BHEL have surged 1.5% each to Rs 948, Rs 839 and Rs 1,392, respectively.Infosys and Tata Steel have gained 1% each at Rs 1,936 and Rs 643, respectively.ITC has slipped nearly 2% to Rs 162. Larsen & Toubro is down over 1% at Rs 1,948.Out of 2,469 stocks traded so far, 1,218 have declined, 1,164 have advanced and 87 are unchanged.
