The Sensex is now up 24 points at 13,214.Tata Steel has gained 3.5% at Rs 513. BHEL has surged over 2% to Rs 2,518. Cipla and Bharti Airtel are up over 1% each at Rs 236 and Rs 774, respectively.HLL and Dr.Reddy's have dropped around 2.5% each to Rs 204 and Rs 703, respectively.ACC has shed 1.5% to Rs 735. ACC, Gujarat Ambuja and Ranbaxy are down around 1% each at Rs 735, Rs 108 and Rs 354, respectively. Out of 2,497 stocks traded so far, 1,561 have advanced, 852 have declined and 84 are unchanged.
