The Sensex is now up 29 points at 13,710.NTPC has surged 2.6% to Rs 146. ONGC and HLL have moved up 1.4% each to Rs 857 and Rs 244, respectively.Bajaj Auto, Satyam and BHEL have advanced over 1% each to Rs 2,673, Rs 468 and Rs 2,542, respectively.Wipro, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Communications hve slipped over 1% each to Rs 575, Rs 616 and Rs 422, respectively.
