The Sensex is now up 305 points at 14,446.ICICI Bank has zoomed 5.3% to Rs 869, and HDFC Bank has soared 5.4% to Rs 1,117.ONGC has surged 4.8% to Rs 820. Tata Steel has gained 4.4% at Rs 568.Ranbaxy and Bharti Airtel have moved up 4% each to Rs 366 and Rs 825, respectively. BHEL has added 3% to Rs 1,607.Reliance Communications and SBI have advanced 2.8% each to Rs 507 and Rs 1,560, respectively.Reliance, Hindustan Unilever, Larsen & Toubro and Bajaj Auto are the other major gainers.Satyam and Mahindra & Mahindra have shed 1.7% each to Rs 433 and Rs 640, respectively. Wipro has slipped over 1% to Rs 470.Out of 2,716 stocks traded so far, 1,992 have advanced, 688 have declined and 36 are unchanged.
