The Sensex dropped to a low of 10,897, and is now up 28 points at 10,907.ITC has surged nearly 3% to Rs 179.ONGC is up 2.7% at Rs 1,224. Hindalco and Grasim have surged over 2% each to Rs 160 and Rs 1,938, respectively.Tata Motors has rallied 2% to Rs 937.Bharti Tele, HDFC Bank, Tata Power and Reliance Energy have dropped over 1% each to Rs 386, Rs 757, Rs 573 and Rs 645, respectively.Out of 2,577 stocks traded so far, 1,687 have declined, 813 have advanced and 77 are unchanged.BL Kashyap tops the value chart with a turnover of Rs 470.44 crore followed by Ranbaxy (Rs 346.94 crore), Mahindra & Mahindra Financial (Rs 187.34 crore), Reliance (Rs 173.64 crore) and Zee (Rs 152.29 crore).Reliance Natural Resources leads the volume chart with trades of around 2.43 crore shares followed by Visa Steel (1.75 crore), Ranbaxy (86.16 lakh), Mahindra & Mahindra Financial (79.22 lakh) and Zee (67 lakh).
