Sensex up 45pts; Cipla, HDFC advance 2%

 Tata Steel, Ranbaxy and NTPC are up around 1% each at Rs 637, Rs 395 and Rs 162, respectively.

HDFC has slipped 2% to Rs 1,123, and ITC hshed dropped 1.7% to Rs 162.

HLL and Infosys are down around 1% each at Rs 200 and Rs 1,932.
