The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 23 points at 12,344. The index rallied to touch a new all-time intra-day high of 12,379.The index is now up 46 points at 12,357.Tata Motors has gained 1.7% at Rs 977. Grasim has moved up 1.6% to Rs 2,470.ITC, Bharti Tele and Reliance are up over 1% each at Rs 211, Rs 429 and Rs 1,047, respectively.HDFC has dropped 2.3% to Rs 1,266.
