The Sensex touched a high of 11,960, and is now up 48 points at 11,953.Reliance Energy (REL) has rallied over 2% to Rs 475. Hindalco and Dr.Reddy's have advanced 1.3% each to Rs 181 and Rs 739, respectively.Tata Steel and Reliance Communications are up 1% each at Rs 519 and Rs 308, respectively.Reliance, Bajaj Auto, ACC and Larsen & Toubro are the other prominent gainers.ONGC has slipped 1% to Rs 1,215. HDFC is down 0.7% at Rs 1,311.
