The Sensex touched a fresh all-time intrad-day high of 17,953, and is now up 534 points at 17,863.NTPC and Reliance Communications have zoomed over 6% each to Rs 219 and Rs 650, respectively.Reliance Energy has soared 5.7% to Rs 1,426. Reliance has gained 5.4% at Rs 2,412.ONGC has flared up nearly 5% to Rs 1,046. ICICI Bank has advanced 3.8% to Rs 1,098.Infosys and HDFC have rallied 3.5% each to Rs 1,960 and Rs 2,595, respectively.Larsen & Toubro and Tata Motors are up 3% each at Rs 2,903 and Rs 796, respectively.Out of 2,686 stocks traded so far, 1,590 have advanced, 1,030 have declined and 66 are unchanged.
