ONGC has gained 1.9% (Rs 21) to Rs 1,140. While SBI is still up Rs 6 at Rs 904, Reliance is steady at Rs 868 - up Rs 4.Advances and declines are evenly matched - out of 2,423 scrips traded till now, 1,242 have moved up, 1,095 have declined and 86 are unchanged.
