The Sensex has gained 59 points at 9440.ONGC, Gujarat Ambuja, ICICI Bank continue to hold firm ground.Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors and ACC are also holding their gains.Fresh buying at the ITC counter has lifted the stock by 1.2% to Rs 146.HDFC has declined 1.5% to Rs 1,182. TCS is down nearly 1% at Rs 1,665.Out of 2,545 stocks traded so far, 1,589 have advanced, 879 have declined and the rest are unchanged.Reliance continues to top the value chart with a turnover of Rs 216.07 crore followed by Educomp Solutions (Rs 155.33 crore), Piramyd Retail (Rs 84.86 crore), Infosys (Rs 76.40 crore) and SBI (Rs 63.47 crore).Centurion Bank of Punjab (CBoP) tops the volume chart with trades of nearly one crore shares. The stock has surged nearly 6% to Rs 23.55.It is followed by Educomp Solutions (65.72 lakh shares), Piramyd Retail (36.47 lakh shares), Prime Securities (34.27 lakh shares) and Lyka Labs (24.66 lakh shares).
