The Sensex is now up 86 points at 11,979.Ranbaxy and Dr.Reddy's have advanced 1.5% each to Rs 419 and Rs 748, respectively.Satyam, Gujarat Ambuja, Cipla and Grasim are the other significant gainers.ICICI Bank, Tata Steel, Larsen & Toubro, Hindalco, TCS, ONGC and Reliance Energy have also posted smart gains in early trades.
