Singapore, Amansa Cap buy 22 lakh DB Corp shares

The shares were acquired at an average price Rs 205 apiece

Government of Singapore and Amansa Capital PTE Ltd today acquired a total of 21.88 lakh shares of media firm DB Corp in a deal worth Rs 44.86 crore through open market transactions.

As per the bulk deal data available with the BSE, Government of Singapore purchased 10.05 lakh shares of the D B Corp in a deal valued at Rs 20.61 crore.

Another 11.83 lakh scrips of the media firm were bought by Amansa Capital PTE Ltd for Rs 24.25 crore.

The shares were acquired at an average price Rs 205 apiece.

On the BSE, the shares of D B Corp were up 0.43% to settle at Rs 209 apiece.
