In an otherwise steady wholesale grains market, sooji prices traded marginally higher by Rs 10 per 50 kg on rising demand in view of festive season.
Elsewhere, other grains continued to trade in a narrow range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around their previous levels.
Traders said rising demand, driven by ongoing festive season mainly led to a rise in wholesale sooji prices.
