Steel, iron remain flat in thin trade

Quiet conditions prevailed on the local steel and iron market today as prices moved in a narrow range on lack of buying support and settled around previous levels.

Market analysts said adequate stocks against lack of buying support mainly kept steel prices around previous levels.
