Steel prices remain flat in thin trade

Steady conditions developed on the local steel and iron market today as saria and other steel prices continued to trade in a narrow range and settled at previous levels.

Traders said absence of buying support against adequate stocks position mainly kept steel prices remained steady.    

Decline in construction activities due to rains also reduced the demand, they added.
