Steel prices remain flat on thin trade

The wholesale steel market ended on a flat note today, as prices moved in a tight range in the absence of worthwhile activity due to monsoon rains and settled around previous levels.

Traders said restricted activity followed by the ongoing rainy season kept steel prices around previous levels.
