The order is to be executed before March 31, 2004. The company said in the BSE notice that it exports gold jewellery and had successfully executed orders worth about Rs 15.2 crore from the same company in the past.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals said in a BSE notice on Thursday that it expected sales of the amiodarone bulk drug to Canada and the United States over the next 18 months to total about $4 to $6 million.
The company said it had started supplying the drug to Apotex, which it said was the largest pharmaceutical company in Canada.
