has informed BSE that the company has acquired Tricom Document Management Inc, California in US, which will function as Tricom's marketing subsidiary in the US.

The company is a player in the non-voice segment of the BPO industry and much of the work it does is of the nature of transaction processing, litigation coding and indexing.
