Sunil Hitech Engineers has rallied 13% to Rs 69.30 after its board has allotted 1.35 million shares of the company upon conversion of warrants to the promoter group.
The company had allotted 675,000 warrants each to VRG Digital Corporation Private Limited and Gutte Infra Private Limited at a price of Rs 73 per warrant.
Post warrant conversions, the total promoters and promoter group has increased to 57.84% from 53.2%, Sunil Hitech Engineers said in a regulatory filing.
The stock opened at Rs 62.95 and touched a 52-week high of Rs 70.35 on the BSE. The counter has seen huge trading volumes with a combined 510,788 shares changed hands on the BSE and NSE till 1035 hours.
