The Sensex is now down 110 points at 14,939.
Tata Power is up 2.4% to Rs 1095. ICICI Bank has gained 2.2% at Rs 728. Maruti has advanced 1.7% at Rs 676. Hindalco and Bhel have gained 1.5% each to Rs 126 and Rs 1,811, respectively.
Sterlite has slumped 3.8% to Rs 608, and ONGC has plunged 2.7% to Rs 1072. HDFC is down 2.4% to Rs 2,387. Reliance Industries has tumbled 2.3% to Rs 2,162.
HDFC Bank has slipped 2.1% to Rs 1,313. Reliance Infrastructure, NTPC, DLF, HUL , Tata Motors and Reliance Communications are the other losers.
