US markets rebounded from the early slump as surging oil prices eased after touching new-highs in the intra-day trades. While the Dow Jones moved up 17 points to 10,421, the Nasdaq added six points to close at 1,991.Indian floats had a decent outing yesterday. While Satyam ended marginally higher at $24.10, Infosys and Wipro dipped marginally to close at $73.57 and $20.86, respectively.HDFC Bank rose 2.17% to $42.76, while VSNL, Dr. Reddy's and MTNL clocked a per cent each to $8.65, $17.31 and $6.58, respectively. Tata Motors, however, dropped 3.4% to $9.65, and ICICI Bank lost 1.69% to $20.40.
