The US markets had a subdued session. The Dow Jones closed at 10038, weaker by 20 points or 0.2%, Nasdaq ended at 2147, down three points or 0.1% and S&P shut at 1068, lower by two points or 0.2%.
The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note.
On the loser's side, Patni Computers closed at $20, weaker by $0.7 or 3.5%, MTNL ended at $3, lower by $0.1 or 3.1% and Dr Reddy's shut at $23, down $0.2 or 1.1%.
On the other hand, HDFC Bank closed at $114, stronger by $1.4 or 1.2% and Satyam ended at $4, higher by 0.4%.
