US markets edged up on Monday on the back of even more merger activities, boosting investor sentiments. The Dow Jones added 21 points to 9,627. The Nasdaq moved up 11 points to 2,092.
Indian ADRs were flat. Tata Communications dropped 3% to $19.62. Genpact slipped 2.6% to $11.68.
However, Dr Reddy's added 1.3% to $16.7.
All other stocks were flat, including Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra Satyam, Patni Computers, Genpact. Banking stocks, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank also ended on a flat note.
