US stock slipped on Monday as there were concerns about the global economy's health which weighed on Wall Street following a sell-off in Chinese equities.
Dow Jones industrial average fell 48 points (0.50%) to end at 9,496. The Nasdaq Composite Index declined 20 points (0.97%) to close at 2,009.06.
The Indian ADRs ended on an extremely negative note. Tata Motors shed 4% to $11.59 and Tata Communications declined 3% to $20.39.
ICICI Bank slipped around 2% to $30.52 and Wipro dropped 1% to $15.75.
Genpact was down 1% at $12.63. HDFC Bank and Patni Computers slipped over 0.5% each to $98.51 and $17.17, respectively.
