The US markets slided sharply yesterday as tech counters took a sharp beating following Cisco's weak sales figure which missed the market expectations. While Dow Jones dropped 61 points to 10,664, the Nasdaq slumped 34 points to close at 2,053.Indian ADRs, too, largely exhibited weak trends and ended with losses. Infosys shed 3% to $65.87, and Wipro was down a per cent at $21.69. Satyam ended marginally lower at $23.92.HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, too, finished at lower levels at $45.35 and $21.10, respectively. Dr. Reddy's and VSNL, however, bucked the downtrend and ended with steady gains at $17.17 and $10, respectively.
