The stock price of Veronica Laboratories (VLL), a mid-sized pharmaceutical company, today hit a 52-week high on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on institutional buying interest.
On the BSE, the stock settled at Rs 22.20, up 5.96 per cent, in an otherwise dull market. More than 3.45 lakh shares changed hands on the counter.
The stock has been on the rise from a low of Rs 15.70 on September 4 to the current levels. Dealers said,
