The Nikkei has plunged 96 points to 16,555. The Hang Seng is up eight points at 15,825.The Wall Street ended on a cautious note ahead of the Fed meet tomorrow. The Fed expected to raise inrterest rates by 25 basis points, anything other than that could surprise the markets. The Dow Jones industrail average dropped 30 points to 11,250. The Nasdaq was up three points at 2316.Among the Indian ADRs - VSNL soared 3.5% to $19.22. Infosys and Dr.Reddy's were the only other notable gainers at $73.04 and $31.60, respectively. MTNL slipped 1% to $8.39.
