The Dow Jones industrial average rallied 116 points to 12,226. The Nasdaq added 22 points to 2394.Indian ADRs ended with significant gains. Satyam and MTNL soared around 5% each to $21.92 and $6.55, respectively. Infosys, Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, VSNL and Tata Motors were up around 2-4% each.
