The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 68 points to 12,261. The Nasdaq added 13 points to 2388.Indian ADRs ended with sizzling gains. HDFC Bank, VSNL and MTNL soared around 5% each to $67.38, $17 and $6.55, respectively. Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, ICICI Bank, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's surged 3-4% each.
