The Dow Jones industrial average inched up 10 points to 11,279. The Nasdaq moved up 14 points to 2371. The crude oil for May delivery rose 82 cents to settle at $72.40 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange yesterday.The Indian ADRs ended deeply in red. Wipro plunged nearly 6% to $14.40. Patni Computers shed 3% to $20.25. Infosys slipped 2% to $39.40, and Satyam declined 1.4% to $39.40. VSNL dropped nearly 3% to $19.75. ICICI Bank was down 1.3% at $27.13.
