The Dow Jones industrial average surged 128 points to 12,510. The Nasdaq rallied 28 points to 2450.Indian ADRs ended with smart gains. Satyam, MTNL and Dr.Reddy's soared around 5% each to $23.25, $6.78 and $17.05, respectively. Infosys, Wipro, Patni Computers, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, VSNL and Tata Motors advanced 2-4% each to $51.69, $15.93, $22.80, $37.47, $66.25, $18.94 and $16.29, respectively.
