The Nikkei has declined 94 points to 17,469. The Hang Seng has slipped 88 points to 16,384.The major indices on the Wall Street ended with losses of almost 1% each. The Dow shed 96 points to 11,120, and the Nasdaq dropped 22 points to 2339.The Indian ADRs, barring Infosys which gained 0.5% at $75.85, tumbled on Friday. VSNL slumped 4.4% to $21.50. Satyam, Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Dr.Reddy's and MTNL were down 1-3% each.
