Wall St soars as crude falls; ADRs zoom

Indian ADRs ended with significant gains. ICICI Bank zoomed 8.5% to $26.51. Infosys, Satyam, HDFC Bank, MTNL and Tata Communications surged 6-8% each. Tata Motors rallied 5%, and Wipro gained 4%. Dr.Reddy's, however, slipped 2.5% to $15.02.
