The Dow Jones industrail average rose 43 points to settle at 11,253. The Nasdaq slipped 12 points to 2300. The US crude oil futures for April delivery soared $1.41 to settle at $63.58 a barrel on the NYMEX.The Nikkei has added 49 points to 16,145, and the Hang Seng is up 48 points to 15,778.The Indian ADRs continued their good-form on the Wall Street. VSNL surged 4% to $18.68, and MTNL rallied 2% to $7.90. Dr.Reddy's, Satyam and HDFC Bank advanced 1-2% each. ICICI Bank, however, dropped 1.7% to $29.50.
