The Nasdaq moved up marginally (three points) to 2334. The Dow Jones rallied 71 points to 11,354.The Indian ADRs with smart gains. MTNL rallied 4.5% to $9.40. ICICI Bank, Dr.Reddy's and VSNL gained nearly 2% each to $27.45, $32.26 and $19.48, respectively. Satyam spurted 1.7% to $36.40. However, Patni Computers crashed 13.5% to $17.25.
