Wheat dara declines on reduced offtake by flour mills

Wheat dara prices declined by Rs 10 per quintal in thin trading on the wholesale grains market on reduced offtake by flour mills against adequate supply.  

Traders said reduced offtake by flour mills against sufficient stocks led to fall in wholesale wheat dara prices. In the national capital,wheat dara (for mills) lost Rs 10 to Rs 1,180-1,185 per quintal.

Atta chakki delivery followed suit and traded lower by Rs 15 to Rs 1,185-1,190 per 90 kg.

Wheat MP (deshi) 1,580-1,730, Wheat dara (for mills) 1,180-1,185 Chakki atta (delivery) 1,185-1,190, atta Rajdhani (10 kg) 175, Shakti bhog (10 kg) 175, Roller flour mill 650-670 (50 kg), Maida 760-770 (50 kg) and Sooji 825-840 (50 kg)

Basmati rice (Lal Quila) 9,500, Shri Lal Mahal 9,300, super basmati rice 9,000, Basmati common 5,300-5,400, rice Pusa-(1121) 4,200-5,000, Permal raw 1,875-1,925, Permal wand 2,025-2,125, Sela 2,150-2,200 and Rice IR-8 1,775-1,825

Bajra 960-970, Jowar yellow 965-1035, white 1,775-1,875, Maize 1,200-1,210, Barley 1,100-1,125 and Rajasthan 1,080-1,090
